Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will contribute to Lee Valley's integrated marketing initiatives across print, digital and retail channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help bring campaigns to life while ensuring consistency with our bra

You will balance creativity with strong production skills, moving comfortably between concept development and execution while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing assets for email, web, social media, digital advertising and retail signage.
• Create layouts for catalogs, flyers, brochures and other printed materials.
• Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and marketing managers to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Apply and maintain Lee Valley's visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, production techniques and industry best practices.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across both print and digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing files for commercial print production.
• Understanding of digital design best practices for email, web and social media.
• Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills along with art direction of photography.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
