In this role, you’ll work closely with key customers within a collaborative team environment, identifying opportunities and understanding customer needs. Experience in Apparel, Accessories, or Fashion is highly desirable and a strong advantage. Excellent progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
· Designing branded and generic apparel \& accessories for multiple customer accounts, across adults and kids
· Identify and pitch new opportunities across product categories
· Create internal and client-facing presentations
· Manage branded product approvals from order to delivery with support from the team.
· Produce high‑quality artwork for sampling
· Raise sample requests and track progress
· Gather market insights and report on trends and competitor activity
· Source new business opportunities, including discussions with brands
· Communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners
· Attend customer meetings and internal cross-functional sessions
· Complete essential admin such as order processing and critical path updates
· Assist internal teams with other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Qualification \& Experience
At least 2 years Graphics and designing experience, with a proven track record of success within accessories or apparel.
· Minimum 2 years’ graphics/design experience in apparel or accessories
· Degree in Fashion or Design
· Strong design skills: sketching, CAD, mood boards
· Experience designing branded or themed apparel
· Proven experience designing for high street retail or supermarket chains
· Excellent communication skills—confident, persuasive, and clear
· Able to manage, brief, and collaborate with designers effectively
· Creative, trend-aware, and tuned into popular culture
· Experience working with brands
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
