Job Responsibilities:

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating creative ideas into visually engaging designs that strengthen the Alhumaira brand across both digital and offline platforms.

Creative \& Design

• Develop creative concepts, key visuals and design ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal collections.
• Produce high-quality graphics for social media, website, e-commerce platforms, digital advertising and email marketing.
• Design promotional materials including banners, posters, brochures, flyers, packaging, lookbooks, catalogues and other marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging visuals for product campaigns that align with the brand's identity and business objectives.

Branding \& Visual Identity

• Maintain and uphold Alhumaira's brand identity and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Ensure all creative materials comply with the company's branding guidelines.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas to continuously strengthen the brand image and customer experience.

Product \& E-commerce

• Edit and enhance product images, including professional photo retouching and colour correction.
• Prepare product catalogues and digital assets for the website, online marketplaces and agent use.
• Ensure all design assets are optimized for both digital and print production.

Marketing \& Campaign Support

• Work closely with the Brand Manager, Marketing Team, Content Creator and E-commerce Team to execute marketing campaigns.
• Transform marketing briefs into compelling visual communications that support sales and brand awareness.
• Assist in planning campaign visuals and creative direction for product launches and promotional activities.

Photography \& Content Production

• Assist during product photoshoots and content shooting sessions.
• Support photo styling, shot selection and post-production editing.
• Prepare creative assets according to the content calendar and campaign schedule.

Print \& Production

• Prepare print-ready artwork for production, ensuring correct specifications, colour profiles, dimensions and file formats.
• Liaise with printers and external vendors when necessary to ensure quality output.

Other Responsibilities

• Stay updated with current design trends, fashion trends and emerging creative technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the fashion, retail, lifestyle or e-commerce industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, digital marketing and print design projects.
• Proficient in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe InDesign (added)
• Adobe After Effects (added advantage)
• Excellent photo editing and photo retouching skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
• Good knowledge of branding and visual identity.
• Knowledge of print production, artwork preparation, file formats and design specifications.
• Ability to create both digital and print-ready artwork.
• Strong creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about fashion, modest wear and creative storytelling.
• Candidates with photography, videography or motion graphics experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
