Job Description

We, Blank Leaving Limited , is seeking a Graphic Designer to design a widevarietyof things across digital media.

Days required: 5 days

Hours per week: minimum of 30 hours a week is guaranteed, maximumof 40hoursper week

Hourly rate: $33.00-$38.00

Job description:

  • Determining design objectives and communication requirements by consultingwith clients, management, and stakeholders.

  • Researching and analysing visual communication requirements and target audience needs for various projects.

Developing creative design concepts and preparing layouts, illustrations, logos, and promotional materials for print and digital publication. Preparing sketches, drafts, and visual presentations to communicatedesignconcepts for approval.

  • Selecting appropriate colours, typography, images, and visual elementstoachieve effective branding and communication outcomes.

  • Producing graphics and layouts for websites, social media platforms (including Instagram and Xiaohongshu), advertisements, brochures, companylogos, and promotional campaigns.

  • Preparing final artwork and production files using industry-standard softwareincluding Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Reviewing final layouts and recommending improvements prior to print production or digital release.

Collaborating with copywriters, marketing teams, web developers, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions. Communicating with Directors and clients regarding project progress, layouts, revisions, and final deliverables.

  • Managing multiple design projects and contributing to teamobjectives asrequired.

Job pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or experience as a graphicdesigner or in related field at least two years.

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.

  • A strong eye for visual composition.

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

  • Experience with computer-aided design.
