Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to conceptualize and execute visual assets across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will translate project requirements into engaging designs, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.
• Coordinate design activities between internal marketing, product, and content teams.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and follow up on production deadlines.
• Participate in creative brainstorms and present design ideas to stakeholders.
• Monitor design trends, project feedback, and final file specifications.
• Prepare regular progress updates and design presentations for creative directors.
• Maintain the design library, templates, asset organization, and project files.
• Support brand consistency across all marketing channels and company touchpoints.
• Escalate production delays or technical design issues to management.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Assist with asset handoff and post-campaign performance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design or visual production experience.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills backed by a professional portfolio.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple creative tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools (like Figma).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.
