About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual communication, has a strong eye for detail, and can transform ideas and concepts into innovative, engaging, and high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and visually compelling designs for digital and print media.

Create innovative concepts and creative ideas that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.

Design marketing materials, social media content, presentations, advertisements, campaigns, and other visual assets.

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Maintain consistency across all visual communications and brand guidelines.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, techniques, and creative approaches.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

3–5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Excellent command of professional graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.

Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and original design ideas.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of visual quality.

Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into impactful visual solutions.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative and professional design projects is required.
