Our Operations

• Main activities: FM, remote, catering
• Key clients: Leading international companies

Your role:

• We are looking for a Operations Supervisor
• You will report to the manager of operations

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple sites
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the service
• Know, understand, and enforce the contract
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with clients
• Budget management: food cost, labor cost, overheads
• Manage teams on a daily basis
• Manage the flow of raw materials
• Oversee the implementation of internal systems and ensure they are properly used by the teams

• Monitor and enforce QHSE protocols and guidelines established in collaboration with the QHSE department

• Engineering degree in food/agri-food (general or industrial), hotel management school, Supply Chain, Logistics, or business school

• We are looking for someone motivated, ambitious, and proactive with ideas
• Fluency in English is essential, and french is a plus
