ou will join the Global Supply Chain organization with direct report to the VP of Global Supply Chain and in the role as a Global Supply Chain Specialist, you will support the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of advanced planning capabilities across Global Supply Chain. The role plays a key part in deploying and stabilizing Kinaxis, ensuring alignment between business processes, master-data, and system configuration across regions and functions. You will act as a link between Global Supply Chain, IT, and local production sites, supporting system adoption and enabling standardized, scalable planning processes.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support global rollout of Kinaxis across product supply. E
  • nsure alignment between global design and local business requirements.
  • Support definition and implementation of standardized (“to-be”) planning processes.
  • Support integration between ERP systems and planning tools.
  • Assist in master-data mapping, validation, and governance.
  • Prepare and execute test scripts (SIT, UAT, integration testing).
  • Coordinate with business users to validate system functionality.
  • Support development of training materials and documentation.
  • Act as a key contact for end users during implementation and stabilization.
  • Drive adoption of standardized planning processes and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and testing.

The position is based in Madrid, Spain. Some international travel is to be expected.

Your profile

We expect that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or similar roles in a global environment.
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Practical understanding of demand and supply planning processes, MRP logic and inventory management.
  • Experience supporting ERP, APS, or supply chain system implementations.
  • Experience with Kinaxis is an advantage but not a requirement.

Personal skills:

  • Strong analytical and structured approach.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system and data requirements.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Solid communication skills and proficiency in English.
