Job Overview

We are seeking professional, reliable, and vigilant Security Officers to manage gatehouse operations at high-profile sites in the Perth metropolitan area. You will serve as the first point of contact, controlling access, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities

* Access Control: Monitor and authorise the entry and exit of vehicles, visitors, and staff.

* Site Patrols: Conduct regular perimeter checks and security sweeps of the facility.

* Systems Monitoring: Oversee CCTV feeds, alarm panels, and fire safety systems.

* Inductions \& Logging: Deliver site safety inductions and maintain accurate digital visitor logs.

* Emergency Response: Act as a primary responder to site incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

* Licensing: Valid WA Security Officer License and Monitoring License.

* Certifications: Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 CPR certificates.

* WHS qualifications highly regarded too.

* Right to Work: Full Australian working rights.

* Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills for logging reports and communicating with staff and public.

* Tech Literacy: Ability to confidently navigate computer-based visitor logs and CCTV software.

* Transport: Reliable transport and a valid WA Driver’s License to reach various Perth job sites.
