G+4 Licensed Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified G+4 Licensed Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with local authority regulations, manage site activities, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities. The candidate must possess a valid UAE G+4 Engineering License and have experience in building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise G+4 building construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building regulations.
• Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide engineering support as required.
• Manage project resources efficiently to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid UAE G+4 Engineering License.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approval procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
