About Stem The Functional Clinic

Stem The Functional Clinic supports women experiencing complex metabolic, hormonal and digestive concerns through advanced testing, personalized nutrition and structured, sequenced care.

We are looking for an experienced Functional Nutritionist or Functional Medicine Practitioner to manage assigned clients through our four- and six-month health optimization programs.

This is a remote independent contractor position. Applicants must be physically based outside the United States. Our clients are based in the US, Kuwait and the wider GCC.

Working Hours

You set your own schedule within a window of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. UK time. You are not expected to work the full window every day. We ask for at least 10 bookable hours per week inside it, including some availability after 1:00 p.m. so our US clients can book with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual consultations and manage assigned clients throughout their programs.

- Review health histories, symptoms and laboratory results within your professional scope.

- Develop personalized nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations using Stem's clinical frameworks.

- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical notes.

- Respond to client communications within 24 hours on weekdays.

- Participate in case reviews, practitioner meetings and required clinic training.

Qualifications

- Certification in functional medicine or functional nutrition (required).

- Clinical experience practicing functional medicine with clients (required).

- A BSc in a relevant discipline is preferred.

- Experience reviewing functional and standard laboratory testing.

- Professional indemnity insurance covering international online practice.

Training will be provided on Stem's clinical frameworks, systems and standards.

Compensation

- $150 USD (approximately £111) per active client managed per month. This means if you are managing 10 clients per month, payment would be 10 patients*$150 \= $1500 (approximately £1,110).

- This position does not include a base salary or guaranteed minimum caseload.

- Two-month initial term, with a role review at three months.
