Fullstack – Technical Operations EngineerRole Overview

· We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team in Singapore

· Responsible for building, operating, and optimizing technical systems

· Work closely with development teams to ensure product stability, security, and performance

Key Responsibilities

· Deploy, manage, and optimize applications built with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js

· Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and operate containerized applications using Docker

· Design, administer, and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis

· Integrate and manage GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity

· Explore and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across systems and applications

· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability (uptime)

· Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows

· Propose and apply DevOps / TechOps best practices

· Participate in shift rotation and standby duties to support a 24/7 business operation, including:

o Monitoring systems and responding to incidents outside regular business hours

o Providing timely responses to urgent alerts or service requests

o Ensuring smooth handover between shifts and maintaining incident documentation

RequirementsEducation \& Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

· More than 4 years of experience in Technical Operations, DevOps, or Backend Engineering

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Next.js

· Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

· Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized environments

· Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis

· Familiarity with GitHub Copilot in development workflows

· Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools or projects is a plus

Other Requirements

· Willingness to work shifts and be on standby for after‑hours support

· Strong problem‑solving mindset

· Good communication and teamwork skills
