We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to regulatory standards
• Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication therapy and management
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of prescriptions and patient interactions
• Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceuticals

Skills

• Proven experience in hospital or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and pharmacy law
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, including pediatrics
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in dispensing medications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and support staff
• Certification as a licensed Pharmacist is required; relevant certifications in pediatrics or specialized fields are a plus

Pay: $55.00-$66.91 per hour
