A warm and welcoming family in Accokeek, MD is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and developmentally focused full-time nanny to provide long-term care for their 3-month-old infant son.

Location: Accokeek, MD
Start Date: May 27 or June 1, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday \| Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $28–$32/hour (gross, W-2), based on experience and qualifications

The family is looking for a caregiver who is experienced with infants, confident managing routines independently, and passionate about supporting developmental milestones through engaging and attentive care. Both parents have flexible work-from-home schedules, and the family values open communication and a collaborative partnership with their nanny.

Child Information

• 3-month-old infant (primary care)
• Combination feeding (breastmilk/formula)
• Family values structured routines, sleep training, developmental milestones, active play, and language development, including bilingual exposure

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing attentive, nurturing, and safety-focused infant care
• Following feeding, nap, and play routines
• Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities including reading, tummy time, music, sensory play, and interactive engagement
• Supporting healthy sleep habits and structured daily rhythms
• Maintaining a nurturing, screen-free environment
• Infant laundry
• Bottle washing and sanitizing
• Tidying nursery and child-related areas
• Light meal prep for the child
• Light child-related household support during downtime

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong infant care experience with excellent references
• CPR certified (infant CPR preferred)
• Experience with sleep training and developmental infant care
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and nurturing
• Comfortable working with work-from-home parents
• Background in education or child development is a plus
