Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator

We are a medical supply distributor based in Alpharetta, GA seeking to add a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to our team.

Team member will report to office each workday. This position is not remote.

Duties and Responsibilities – Customer Service

  • Answer incoming calls and provide first line of service, transfer the call if customer asks for a particular sales rep
  • Communicate with customers via emails, over the phone, or occasionally face to face
  • Look after the customer accounts and update their transaction status

Duties and Responsibilities – Sales Support

Provide sales support including, but not limited to:

  • Entering new customer orders and website orders
  • Entering purchase orders for drop shipments
  • Sending customer sample requests
  • Answering customer inquiries related to product shipments
  • Take payments by phone
  • Interface with the warehouse, vendors and team members

Qualifications Required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (previous similar work experience accepted as alternative)
  • Working knowledge of Sage Intacct software
  • 100% Team Player
  • Possess a friendly, helpful, “can do” demeanor
  • Experience in customer service, sales, order fulfillment or E-Commerce
  • Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Extra Skills

  • Should possess excellent computer skills
  • Should have great communication skills: written and verbal
  • Should be able to handle a lot of data at a good pace
  • Should have a lot of patience when communicating with the customer and maintain composure even if the customer is rude
  • Should have good listening skills since, most of the time, communication with customers is performed over the phone
  • Must be attentive to details
  • Should have the skill of versatility adapting to many customer service situations
  • Experience in drug test supplies and equipment a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
