We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our growing team at Álainn!

At Álainn, we’re passionate about great coffee, fresh food and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We specialise in speciality coffee, our signature açaí bowls, freshly prepared food and our own range of in-house pastries.

We’re looking for friendly, hardworking people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in what they do.

THE ROLE

• Full-time positions, Monday to Friday
• Working across three of our Galway locations
• Preparing speciality coffee, açaí bowls and other menu items
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Being part of a friendly, energetic and growing team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years’ barista experience is ideal
• A passion for speciality coffee and hospitality
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work across our three locations
