Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly qualified Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our IT team in delivering secure, scalable, and innovative digital solutions for government platforms. The successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle to support the UAE’s digital transformation objectives in line with national strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications for government use.
Build and maintain front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and best practices.
Conduct database analysis \& management, including optimization, normalization, indexing, and performance tuning.
Ensure security, performance, and compliance with UAE government digital policies and data protection regulations.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems and services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, security teams, DevOps, and government stakeholders. Prepare documentation, system specifications, and user manuals.
Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance aligned with government standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery.

Required Qualifications and Education:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (mandatory)
Master’s Degree is an advantage

Certifications (Preferred/Required):

Full Stack Web Development Certification (Coursera, EdX, etc.)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Developer Associate
ISO 27001 Awareness or Security+ Certification (advantageous for government environments)
PMP or Agile Certification is a plus

Technical Skills: Front-End Technologies: o HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript o React.js / Angular / Vue.js
Back-End Technologies:
Node.js, .NET Core, Python, or Java
RESTful API and Microservices Architecture
Authentication (OAuth, JWT), Caching (Redis, Memcached)
Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
DevOps \& Tools:
Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
Cloud Platforms:
Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP (experience with UAE cloud services preferred)

Security and Compliance:
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, penetration testing basics, and data privacy standards
Familiarity with UAE’s IT and data regulations (e.g., NESA, ADSIC)
