Role Purpose:
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining scalable mobile and backend applications using Flutter, Python, and FastAPI. The role requires strong experience across mobile application development, backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations, with a focus on delivering reliable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities:
Mobile Application Development
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and scalable mobile applications.
- Implement mobile application features, integrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure compatibility, usability, and performance across iOS and Android devices.
Backend \& API Development
- Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and API security.
- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Full Stack Integration
- Integrate Flutter applications with FastAPI backend services.
- Integrate applications with databases and third-party services.
- Ensure reliable data flow and communication between frontend, backend, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot integration and API-related issues.
Database Development
- Design and maintain database schemas and data models.
- Develop and optimize database queries.
- Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
Testing \& Production Support
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and API tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.
- Support production releases and application maintenance.
Collaboration \& Technical Delivery
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product, and other technical teams.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development activities.
- Maintain technical and API documentation.
- Contribute to application architecture, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the Job
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter, Python, and FastAPI.
- Solid experience developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
- Strong full-stack development experience covering mobile applications, backend services, APIs, databases, and web applications.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend systems and third-party services.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production application issues.
- Experience working on large-scale or production-grade mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, application architecture, and software development lifecycle.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Flutter, Python, cloud, or software development are an advantage.
