About Our Client

Our client is an innovative technology company building an AI-powered conversation management platform that helps businesses manage customer interactions across multiple messaging channels. Their solutions support chat commerce and AI-driven customer service, enabling brands to engage customers more effectively at scale.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our client’s growing engineering team. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend services, intuitive frontend dashboards, and system integrations that support high-volume, AI-powered customer conversations across platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP Laravel.
• Optimize SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and refine CMS and admin dashboards with Angular, ensuring intuitive and responsive interfaces.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining high-quality, secure code.
• Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and CI/CD processes.
• Integrate AI-powered features, including LLM APIs and real-time analytics, to enhance platform functionality.
• Keep up with the latest trends in AI, messaging, and full-stack development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong backend skills in PHP Laravel and SQL databases.
• Frontend experience with Angular.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Problem-solving mindset, team player, and good communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Flutter or mobile app development.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations, GPT models, or chatbot platforms.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or omnichannel messaging.
• Familiarity with Docker, DevOps, or performance optimization.
