About the Role
This is a Third-party Contractor role.
The Fulfillment and Accreditation Manager will deliver seamless guest, staff, partner, and stakeholder experiences through ticketing, credentialing, accreditation, and fulfillment across the global MotoGP calendar. This role leads planning and execution across 20+ international events and acts as operational lead for credential printing systems, accreditation technology, physical fulfillment, and distribution.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accreditation and fulfillment operations for 20+ MotoGP events annually.
- Manage credentialing workflows for staff, guests, vendors, media, hospitality clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Own timelines, submissions, approvals, audits, reporting, and distribution schedules.
- Lead accreditation systems, credential printing platforms, and related technology.
- Implement software, workflows, templates, SOPs, training materials, reporting, and documentation.
- Work with circuits, promoters, governing bodies, and security teams on accreditation compliance.
- Manage physical fulfillment, including inventory, quality control, shipping, distribution, package assembly, credential preparation, guest packages, and working credentials.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams on credential design, signage, and print assets.
- Oversee credential production, including badge printing, hardware, access verification, data accuracy, scanners, and accreditation center setup.
- Maintain timelines, schedules, staffing plans, operational documents, inventory records, and distribution trackers.
- Partner with Guest Communications, Guest Services, Operations, Commercial, Hospitality, Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and Event Delivery.
- Lead accreditation center setup, operations, and tear-down at MotoGP events globally.
- Lead on-site credential printing, distribution, troubleshooting, check-in, and access resolution.
- Ensure materials, hardware, printers, scanners, and supplies are operational.
- Provide high-touch service to VIP guests, partners, media, teams, staff, and stakeholders.
- Manage vendors, support broader event operations, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and operational policies.
- Lead event staff, temporary labor, and vendors, including training, coaching, reporting, debriefs, and improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in accreditation, credentialing, ticketing, fulfillment, or event operations.
- 3+ years’ experience managing full-time, part-time, temporary, or contract labor.
- Direct experience with accreditation systems, credential printing software, access workflows, and physical fulfillment required.
- Experience implementing credential printing and accreditation platforms required.
- Strong understanding of ticketing, inventory management, fulfillment logistics, and distribution.
- Experience coordinating with venues, circuits, promoters, governing bodies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Motorsport, new event launch, venue onboarding, or temporary event infrastructure experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Advanced Excel, project management software, ticketing systems, and accreditation platform skills.
- Spanish and English proficiency required; Italian strongly preferred.
- Current and ongoing right to work in Spain required.
