FT Bartender - Addams Tavern (Westfield, NJ) - MUST HAVE YEAR ROUND, OPEN AVAILABILITY (~$30-$40+/HR, inclusive of tips)

We are currently seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team at Addams Tavern! We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Ideally looking for full time candidates with Monday-Friday lunch availability.

Expected pay is in the range of approximately $30-$40 per hour inclusive of tips.

• To exceed guest exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.

• To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
• To respond positively to guests requests.
• Preparing and Serving Drinks: This includes crafting cocktails, pouring beers and wines, and ensuring drinks are made according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Cash Handling: Managing transactions, processing payments, and balancing the cash register.
• Maintaining the Bar: Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. This includes cleaning glassware, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is presentable.

Requirements: * Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service as a bartender. * Proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer * Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills. * Display a confident and professional appearance. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude. * Must be able to carry about 40lbs.
