Job Description

Company Overview

Hardcore Medical \& Ambulance Services Ltd. (HMAS) is a family-run, values-driven private ambulance provider regulated by the CQC. We specialise in frontline NHS ambulance support, event and festival medical cover, and patient transport services.

Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional care to every patient and provide an outstanding service to every client through clinical excellence, professionalism and compassion.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated HCPC Registered Paramedics to join our frontline ambulance team based in Sandbach.

Working in partnership with North West Ambulance Service, you will respond to 999 and urgent care calls, delivering safe, evidence-based pre-hospital care while working as part of a professional and supportive team.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about frontline emergency care and are committed to providing outstanding patient outcomes.

Our Values

Connection

We are colleagues united by common goals and by the professional reputation of HMAS. We create a culture of belonging, where everyone feels supported, valued and respected. We deliver compassionate, non-judgemental care to our patients and treat one another with honesty, integrity and fairness.

Accountability

We do the right thing, even when nobody is watching. We believe success comes through collaboration, shared learning and consistency rather than blame. We take ownership of our actions, challenge each other constructively and always act with professionalism and respect.

Remembering Why We Are Here

HMAS is a family business built on passion and a genuine desire to make a difference. Our purpose guides every decision we make and every patient we care for.

Energy

The way we deliver care matters just as much as the care itself. We approach every shift with positivity, professionalism and determination, supporting one another through both the good days and the challenging ones.

Say Yes

We embrace opportunities, welcome change and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. We believe personal and professional growth comes from being open to new experiences as HMAS continues to evolve.
