About the Roles

We are looking for a Front Desk Customer Service Officer to join a medical aesthetic and skincare clinic located in Orchard or Novena, conveniently near MRT. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 10am – 8pm, and Saturday, 10am – 5pm). The role offers Basic Salary + Variable Bonus, providing a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy patient interaction and front desk operations in a professional clinic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries with accurate and courteous service.
• Register patients, update personal information, and maintain organized records and documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
• Perform cashiering tasks, including processing payments and issuing receipts correctly.
• Assist with dispensary support by preparing and dispensing clinic products and medications.
• Manage inventory by sorting stock, monitoring quantities, replenishing supplies, and keeping the area tidy.
• Support purchase orders and delivery orders, including receiving goods and assisting in stock take activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Previous experience in a clinic, receptionist, cashier, or other customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with patients.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
