Water Club Luxury Living offers upscale one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes overlooking the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie. Residents enjoy modern finishes, private balconies, panoramic views, covered parking, a resort-style pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace, pet-friendly amenities, outdoor lounges, grilling areas, and convenient access to local dining, shopping, and transportation.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Concierge Experience to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process while also supporting resident relations, administrative operations, and community engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing \& Sales

  • Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community policies.
  • Assist applicants throughout the leasing process from application through move-in.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and comparable communities.
  • Track and manage leasing traffic, guest cards, and follow-up communication within property management software.
  • Participate in outreach and marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.

Resident Relations

  • Deliver a high level of customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Assist with resident retention and lease renewal efforts.
  • Coordinate resident events and community engagement activities.
  • Address resident concerns professionally and escalate matters when appropriate.
  • Support move-in preparation and resident onboarding procedures.

Administrative \& Operational Support

  • Maintain organized resident and property records.
  • Assist with package management and resident deliveries using the property's concierge system.
  • Support access management systems, including key fobs, garage remotes, and resident access credentials.
  • Monitor voicemail and email communication regularly throughout the workday.
  • Assist with maintaining the appearance and presentation of common areas and amenity spaces.
  • Report maintenance concerns or work order requests as needed.
  • Support the Property Manager with additional operational and administrative tasks.

Leasing Follow-Up Process

  • Follow up with prospective residents regarding pricing, availability, and scheduling tours.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records in the property management system.
  • Schedule tours and collect necessary prospect information.
  • Perform timely follow-up communication with prospective residents.
  • Update prospect status and leasing activity accordingly.

Move-In Coordination

  • Assist approved applicants with lease signing and move-in preparation.
  • Coordinate move-in scheduling and required documentation.
  • Ensure residents receive applicable access devices and community information at move-in.
  • Support utility setup verification and resident onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, leasing, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning property management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the property.
  • Ability to navigate indoor and outdoor areas of the community.
  • Ability to occasionally bend, lift, or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy residential environment.

Additional Information

Team members may be assigned additional responsibilities as needed to support daily operations and overall community success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
