Core Responsibilities \& Everyday Operations

As a support specialist, your daily interactions will reach far beyond standard troubleshooting. You will guide clients through the digital banking environment, guaranteeing their transactions remain seamless, quick, and secure:

• Omnichannel Support: Resolve inbound inquiries via phone and live chat, delivering clear and helpful guidance on system functionality.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through account configuration, investigate transfer statuses, and resolve platform software glitches.
• Fraud Prevention \& Security: Monitor user activity to detect potential security risks and mitigate fraud to safeguard digital assets.
