Freelance Real Estate Photographer & Videographer

We’re on the hunt for a talented, creative, and reliable real estate photographer/videographer based out of the GTA or Durham Region to join our growing roster of freelancers.

The ideal candidate is comfortable shooting both video and photos (hybrid), understands HDR photography, can shoot vertical and horizontal video formats, and has experience with drone operations (basic license required).

This role involves travel to various property locations, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality property videos in both vertical and horizontal formats.
• Edit and refine video content using Final Cut Pro.
• Work collaboratively with our creative team to produce visually engaging and polished content.
• Shoot HDR real estate photography using a full-frame camera.
• Maintain an efficient workflow for photo editing and retouching.
• Operate a drone (basic license required) to deliver aerial photos and videos.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations for drone usage.
• Use a 14-24mm lens or similar wide-angle lens for real estate needs.
• Be familiar with Matterport for 3D tours and floor plans.

• Motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working both solo and as part of a team.
• Professional and responsible, especially when dealing directly with clients.
• Capable of managing multiple shoots and projects in a single day.
• Creative with a strong eye for detail.

Requirements

• Access to a reliable car and valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Full-frame camera (Sony preferred).
• Wide-angle lens (16mm or wider).
• Gimbal for video stabilization.
• Tripod and ball head attachment.
• Drone (with basic license preferred).
• Proficient with Final Cut Pro (for video editing).
• High Speed Internet.

Contract Details

• Freelance position with the opportunity for consistent projects.
• Flexible schedule depending on project requirements.
