Reeledge creates high-quality visual media for real estate listings, helping agents and brokerages market properties effectively. We're looking for a skilled freelance photographer/videographer to join our roster of contractors for on-demand real estate shoots in Sualt Ste. Marie.

The Role

We're hiring a freelance photographer/videographer to capture professional photo/video/drone content for residential and potentially commercial real estate listings. You'll work directly with our team to schedule shoots, deliver polished media on tight turnarounds, and help our clients' listings stand out.

We handle of the back-end scheduling, editing, and client billing.

Pay

Flat rate to be negotiated.

Responsibilities

• Shoot HDR interior and exterior photos of properties, ensuring proper lighting, staging, and composition
• Capture video walkthroughs, cinematic property tours, and/or short-form marketing clips
• Operate drone equipment for aerial photo/video
• Deliver final assets within agreed turnaround times (typically 24–48 hours)
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, agents, and property managers on-site
• Maintain and transport your own camera, and video/drone equipment

Requirements

• Own professional-grade camera equipment and video gear
• certification and insured drone equipment
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Professional, punctual, and comfortable working independently on-site

Nice to Have

• Existing real estate or MLS photography experience
• Familiarity with real estate marketing standards and MLS photo requirements
• Experience with virtual tours, 3D/Matterport scans, or twilight photography

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
