About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to design new collection templates: interactive web prototypes in Figma (following our section structure) and bespoke illustrations.
Each template is a distinct freelance project paid upon completion, including the transfer of exploitation rights for designs and illustrations to ETERNAMENTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Web Prototypes in Figma: Create responsive web prototypes for each template (mobile and desktop) following our pre-defined section hierarchy (cover, save the date, schedule/timeline, venue location, menu, RSVP, gift registry, and more).
- Create Custom Illustrations: Develop illustrations for each template, such as floral motifs, venue sketches, frames, and decorative ornaments.
- Deliver Clean, Developer-Ready Assets: Provide well-organized Figma files (using typography styles, color systems, components, and auto layout) and export ready-to-use digital assets for web development.
- Collaborate on New Collections: Pitch, iterate, and review new aesthetic concepts directly with the core team.
Requirements
- Formal education in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven expertise in Figma (design systems, components, and auto layout).
- Strong illustration skills (Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, or digitised traditional media).
- A portfolio showcasing illustration work, stationery, editorial, visual identity, or wedding collateral.
- Strong eye for typography and layout balance.
- Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish.
- Legally able to issue freelance/contractor invoices (autónomo in Spain or your country's legal equivalent).
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience designing wedding stationery or digital invitations.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of additional languages.
