Forklift Cum Lorry Driver

Job Outline:

Primary responsibility involves operating Forklift to load and unload materials and perform deliveries. Duties also include transferring parts from one factory to another factory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily transfer of molded raw parts and finished goods
• Daily transfer of material picked items
• Daily transfer of unwanted materials
• Daily transfer of empty bins
• Assist Senior Driver with un-loading collection from the lorry and loading empty bins and finished goods onto the lorry
• Perform local delivery to customers
• Perform local collection and issue to vendors
• Arrange the waste disposal for paper/pallets/general waste
• Coordinate with Store admin on the waste collection
• Maintain housekeeping at backyard
• Sort out the recycle packing materials return from production
• Submit to Store for storage
• Observe and comply with the Company’s safety and health system, safe work procedures and instructions, as well as safety policy and rules
• Maintain good cleanliness of vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:

• Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent
• WSQ Operate Forklift certification and a valid LTA Class 4 driving license is mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in a store, within manufacturing or store/logistic environment
• Good communication with co-workers to ensure smooth operations and safety

Work days: Monday - Friday (8:15am to 5:30pm)

Gross Salary: $3000 - $3800

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
