Job Purpose

Detail-oriented and highly organised, you will play a key role in supporting Food Service accounts by coordinating projects, managing specifications, and ensuring timely delivery of customer requirements. Working closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams, you will oversee documentation, artwork, and product data while maintaining compliance and accuracy across all systems. Reports to: Sales Director
Location: Beechdean Manufacturing, Tattenhall
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with the Sales and Product team on Food Service accounts

· Maintain project timelines for Food Service accounts ensuring deadlines are met and relevant customer requests are completed in a timely manner

· Complete New Line Forms and Customer Questionnaires – and other relevant documentation – required by the customer or the Sales team.

· Write Food Service customer specifications, ensuring timely completion, using the relevant customer specification portal or system.

· Generate or update correct outer case labels and inner labels for Food Service products (when required) for the factory and circulate to technical and product team for sign off.

· Managing artwork and packaging process and timelines for Food Service accounts

· Review Food Service artwork against specification or pack copy, to ensure full compliance with legal and customer specifications

· Ensure specification and project trackers are kept up to date for Food Service projects and communicate project progress with Sales Director and/or Dotted-line manager on a regular basis

· Have regular calls / meetings with Sales team and be able to highlight upcoming deadlines and actions required.

· Support the Sales and Product team with completion of any customer questionnaire or queries regarding product information for Food Service customers.

· Action \& Communicate customer alerts internally \& externally.

· Responding to internal and external specification and product enquiries relating to Food Service customers / products.

· Administration of online Food Service systems – ensuring systems are kept up to date and any relevant documentation uploaded onto systems is within date (policies etc)

· Generate barcodes for Food Service products when required

· Maintain accurate pallet configurations for Food Service products on relevant documentation

· Liaise with other internal departments (i.e. Logistics, Accounts, Technical and Product team) in ensuring the set-up of new Food Service products in accordance with upcoming launches / changes

· Liaise with NPD / Product Team to ensure customer sample requests are completed on time and liaise with the relevant Sales Team member in organising / despatching to the customer.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
