As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Operation and Marketing Assistant Manager.

Job Overview:
As the Operation and Marketing Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our juice business, as well as driving marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations across all branches and mobile truck locations, while also spearheading marketing campaigns and product improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Support:
• Oversee daily operations at all branches and mobile truck locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders to ensure product availability.
• Manage staff schedules and workflow to optimize efficiency and customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Marketing Initiatives:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Plan and coordinate participation in outdoor events, festivals, and community gatherings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to engage with customers and promote products.
• Analyze marketing data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Product Development:
• Work closely with the product development team to plan seasonal drink offerings and special promotions.
• Gather customer feedback and market research to inform product improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Coordinate product tastings and gather feedback from customers to refine recipes and flavors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management and/or marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month
