THE ROLE

We are currently accepting applications for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants in our Food and Beverage outlets who have bright, outgoing personalities and exceptional customer service skills.

THE RESPONSIBILTIES

• Delivering a high standard of service to members and guests
• Providing bar and/or table service and table clearing services to guests
• Arranging furniture as required
• Handling all cash transactions associated with food, beverage and any other services to guests in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment with a strong focus Workplace, Health and Safety focus
• Working with a team who set high grooming standards

ABOUT YOU

As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.

To be successful, the candidate must have full availability and willing to work split shifts.

SKILLS \& EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 1-2 years of food and beverage experience
• Current Qld RSA
• Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
• High level of grooming and personal presentation standards
