We are looking for a talented and passionate Flower Shop Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and maintain our reputation for excellence.

The Role

As the Flower Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your management expertise with a love for floristry and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of florists to deliver exceptional results.
• Sales \& Customer Experience: Drive sales and ensure a first-class customer experience both in-store and online.
• Floral Design Oversight: Collaborate with the design team to ensure high standards of creativity and craftsmanship in every bouquet and arrangement.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and store maintenance.
• Marketing \& Events: Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and partnerships to grow the business.
• Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced manager who can combine leadership, organization, and creativity. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: Previous retail management experience (floristry or related industries preferred).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Customer Focus: Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Creative Flair: An eye for floral design and a love of flowers.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech Savviness: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing is a bonus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work during peak times, including weekends and holidays.

Experience with occasional flowers like weddings \& funeral etc. necessary.

Must be available work occasional Saturdays.

Must be available to work extended hours and days during peak times like Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Day etc.
