Floral Design \& Arrangement

• Design and create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, table arrangements, wreaths, and decorative displays.
• Develop customized floral concepts based on client requirements, themes, occasions, seasonal trends, and project specifications.
• Select appropriate flowers, plants, foliage, and decorative accessories to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Produce floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, hotels, restaurants, and private functions.
• Introduce innovative floral design ideas and seasonal collections to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure all floral creations meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Flower \& Plant Care

• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers through proper conditioning, watering, trimming, pruning, and storage.
• Monitor inventory to ensure flowers and plants remain in optimal condition before delivery or installation.
• Handle delicate floral materials carefully to minimize damage and wastage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic floral workspace, tools, and storage areas.

Event \& Site Installation

• Prepare, transport, and install floral decorations at client locations, hotels, offices, event venues, and landscaping sites.
• Coordinate with event planners, landscape teams, and project managers to ensure smooth installation.
• Ensure floral installations are completed on time and according to approved designs.
• Assist in dismantling event décor and properly storing reusable materials after completion.

Client Coordination

• Consult with clients to understand their floral preferences, themes, budgets, and event requirements.
• Provide creative recommendations on flowers, colors, arrangements, and styling options.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the design and delivery process.
• Support sales and design presentations when required.

Inventory \& Material Management

• Monitor stock levels of flowers, plants, floral accessories, ribbons, containers, and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of fresh flowers and materials.
• Inspect deliveries to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain inventory records and minimize wastage through proper stock management.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Diploma or certification in Floristry, Floral Design, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Florist or Floral Designer.
• Experience in floral retail, hospitality, event decoration, landscaping, or luxury floral arrangements is preferred.
• UAE experience is an added advantage.
