We are hiring experienced Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Supervise waiters, captains, hosts, and front-of-house staff
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards
- Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest handling
- Assist in staff training and team motivation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
- Support restaurant management in achieving sales and service targets
- Prepare shift reports and operational updates when required

Job Location : Kuwait
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/front-of-house management role
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods
- Gulf experience preferred
