Fleet / Transport Manager

We are seeking a Fleet/Transport Manager who will be responsible to oversee the organization's vehicle operations. Plan driver schedules, monitor fleet maintenance and fuel consumption, and enforce strict safety regulations. The role is essential for controlling transportation costs, maximizing vehicle uptime, and ensuring timely, efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate routine servicing and emergency repairs to maximize vehicle uptime and minimize operational downtime.
• Compliance \& Safety: Monitor driver logs, vehicle inspections (DVIRs), and ensure adherence to local traffic and transport regulations.
• Cost Management: Track fuel consumption, monitor maintenance expenses, and negotiate with vendors to control the overall cost per mile (CPM).
• Driver Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate drivers.
• Telematics \& Tech: Implement and utilize GPS tracking, ELDs, and fleet management software to optimize route planning and performance.

Core Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in fleet operations or transportation management.
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of fleet tracking, and a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics.
• Available to join within 15-30 days.
• Should have UAE driving license and own car (MANDATORY)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
