Our company is a fast-growing organization with a fleet of over 80 diverse vehicles, including trucks, trailers, semis, and specialized traffic control equipment. The right candidate will be able to diagnose equipment problems, think outside the box, and face a wide range of challenges on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
Preform repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
Diagnose equipment problems and devise effective solutions.
Preform roadside repairs and adjustment as necisary
Preform routine housekeeping duties related to tools, materials, shop and work areas.
Contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of our fleet operations.
Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with fleet vehicles
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle a wide range of mechanical challenges.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
