Fleet Manager

We are currently looking for a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's fleet operations, ensuring vehicle availability, compliance, maintenance, and optimal utilization while supporting operational efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company fleet.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and fleet performance.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with UAE regulations, licensing, registration, and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, including service history, fuel consumption, and vehicle documentation.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle movement, maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and operational performance.
• Investigate and report vehicle incidents, accidents, and breakdowns while implementing corrective measures.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and management teams to ensure adequate fleet availability.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements within fleet operations.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and transportation regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Valid UAE Manual Light Vehicle Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, vehicle compliance, and transportation regulations within the UAE.
• Experience using fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and vehicle monitoring platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• UAE logistics or courier industry experience preferred.
• Languages: English and Hindi mandatory.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
