Fleet \& Asset Executive

Planning, directing, coordinating and supervising fleet vehicles utilization, maintenance, repair, replacements and disposal.

Must ensure that all trucks and trailers are in safe working order, and ready at any moment.

Reporting to HOD, this is a hands-on role where the candidate will be responsible for planning the day to day delivery operation.

Key Responsibilities

· Purchasing vehicles to expand and or enhance the fleet

· Conduct fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met and is following all regulatory agencies.

· Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles

· Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed

· Managing vehicle licensure and registration

· Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress

· Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency

· Oil Analysis

· Fleet Inventory

· Coordinate and schedule third-party vendors for equipment installations and/or repairs.

Candidate Requirements

· Up to date knowledge of the latest transport regulations (Vehicles \& Drivers)

· Be able to demonstrate a high level of transport planning expertise in a busy and demanding environment

· Be able to communicate well at all levels within the business

· Be able to make decisions under pressure, and to a tight timescale

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
