Job Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting).
The Health Visiting Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Bath \& North East Somerset. This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk. The successful candidate will works as a member of the Health Visiting Team maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in a variety of settings including the home and community venues as delegated by the Health Visitor.
Base:
The role Is based at St Martins Hospital - Kempthorne House.
Please note that this role is part-time working 22.5 hours per week and is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
