Fitness Trainer

Verge Training is growing and we are looking for part time/ freelance coaches who bring energy, heart, and good vibes to the floor.

Location: Jurong East and Orchard (Opening Aug'26)

We are a structured group training studio built for everyday people who want to get stronger, fitter and more capable. Our 9-week training cycles focus on building real strength, fitness and consistency. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, every session is designed to meet you where you are.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive prepared with a clear understanding of the day’s workout
• Lead classes with knowledge, confidence and clarity.
• Deliver introduction, verbal cues and demonstrate each movement with proper techniques.
• Guide the form and safety of our participants during the session
• Offer appropriate regressions, progressions, and modifications
• Reset the studio between and after classes. Keep the space clean, organized, and ready for the next group.
• Motivate and engage members while fostering a positive, inclusive environment

Requisites:

• Be a Certified Personal Trainer / Group Class Instructor from an NCAA accredited course
• Have a valid First-Aid/CPR+AED certificate
• Knowledgeable and genuine passion for helping others improve
• Min 1 year of relevant coaching experience

Commitment:

• 15 hrs/month or more (can be discussed)
• Flexible scheduling. Weekday morning/lunch/evening/ weekend shift.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
