First Aid & Advanced Life Support Trainer

About Us

Atlanta Technical \& Occupational Skills Training L.L.C. is a KHDA-licensed vocational training center in Dubai. We are expanding into first aid and advanced life support training, authorized through the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS), and are seeking a qualified trainer to lead this program.

Role Summary

The First Aid \& Advanced Life Support Trainer will deliver certified first aid and life support training to individuals and corporate groups, and will support our authorization application with the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first aid, CPR, and (where applicable) advanced life support training to a mixed audience of individuals and corporate clients.
• Maintain training equipment (mannequins, training defibrillators) according to manufacturer and infection-control standards.
• Keep training curriculum and personal certification current with the requirements of our accrediting body.
• Maintain accurate training records to support DCAS's quarterly/ monthly compliance reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Current instructor-level certification from a recognized international body — AHA (American Heart Association), ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute), Highfield/HABC, or Medic First Aid International — mandatory. A general first aid certificate alone is not sufficient; we specifically need instructor-level (train-the-trainer) certification.
• Healthcare, EMT, paramedic, nursing, or related clinical background strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience delivering first aid or life support training in a professional setting.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Original certification documents must be available for submission as part of our DCAS accreditation and authorization process.

Pay: AED3,028.31 - AED9,485.82 per month
