Key Mandate

KJ Kreutzberger is looking for a detail-driven Financial Analyst to join our commercial team in Salmiya. Operating from our Dahil Al-Mutawa Street office, you will handle financial modeling, variance reporting, capital budgeting, and operational performance analysis to support key executive decisions and business growth across the region.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling \& Forecasting: Build and maintain detailed dynamic financial models, cash flow projections, and long-term operating forecasts.
• Performance Analysis: Track monthly business metrics, perform gross margin and variance analyses, and evaluate operational costs against annual budgets.
• Management Reporting: Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and executive board reporting packages with actionable commercial insights.
• Investment Evaluation: Assist in evaluating capital expenditures, new vendor contracts, and business expansion proposals through rigorous ROI and NPV calculations.
• Audit \& Regulatory Support: Help prepare audit documentation, ensure compliance with local financial regulations, and assist with tax/zakat reporting requirements.

Candidate Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Progress toward CFA, CMA, or CPA is strongly preferred.
• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP\&A), or investment research in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in advanced Excel (financial functions, macro-enabled workbooks, scenario modeling), Power BI/Tableau, and major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Communication: Strong analytical, presentation, and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a clear advantage.
• Residency: Must hold a valid, transferable Kuwait Civil ID (Article 18).
