FINANCE MANAGER (SAUDI)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth in the shipping and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial performance and present reports to management.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Oversee payroll, banking, and cost control activities.
• Implement and maintain ERP-based financial systems.
• Support business strategy through financial analysis and risk management.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in Finance \& Accounts, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Age below 40 years.
