POSITION SUMMARY \& KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supporting the Global Banking sales organization for SW subscription.
- Will be reporting to Global Banking Finance Director and working closely and supporting Global Software Sales VP.
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial results for software and providing ad hoc reports.
- Responsible for consolidating global Software subscription revenue outlook forecast and highlighting to management potential risk and upsides.
- Reviewing day-to-day financial \& operational functions from Regional Software finance analysts to support and improve key processes; Subscription SW revenue reconciliation, contract review, billing and other associated data management activities.
- Responsible for developing a suite of business metrics and reports to support the Banking business needs aligned to Dashboards \& KPI's from relevant systems.
- Maintaining the rollout schedule of pre-defined reports and generates and customizes reports in response to specific business requests.
- Through proactive data analysis provide trending information, observations and analysis of the data and recommendations to enable business decisions.
- Position must be (internal and external) customer focused, with the ability to determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems; Need to escalate issues, provide updates and drive process improvements.
- Working proactively, owning deliverables and meeting department deadlines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting field
- 5-10 year's relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS office suite with advanced excel skills
- Proficient in database management with low learning curve in adapting to new systems/tools
- Strong professional work ethic, with a focus on ownership and execution
- English language skills is required with excellent written and oral communication skills

Oracle: extracting reports
Quotebuilder: used to create customer quotes, outline product information and pricing, and create orders
Invoice Engine: used to retrieve invoices for a customer
Service Order Management (SOM) Workflow Tool: Used to submit requests for billing
Customer Search Tool: used to search for a customer's site information
APOC Tool: used to identify all parties involved with Account Support Management, Billing, etc
Experience in information management - Business Objects, SQL, Essbase
