Finance manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the full financial operations of the company. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting, cost controls, and compliance obligations across the group's food and beverage portfolio. This role serves as the financial backbone of the business — managing accounting functions, cash flow, budgeting, and audit processes while providing senior leadership with the timely, data-driven insights needed to make sound commercial decisions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• A professional accounting qualification is required — CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA — or equivalent certification.

Experience

• 6–9 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Finance Manager or senior finance role.
• Proven experience in hospitality, or retail sector is strongly preferred — with a demonstrated understanding of food cost, beverage cost, and outlet-level P\&L management.
• Hands-on experience managing audits, and statutory compliance in a multi-entity or multi-outlet environment.
