Gadek Nursery is a nursery based in Alor Gajah, Melaka offering a wide variety of high-quality plants and gardening supplies. Specializing in ornamental, flowering and fruit-bearing plants, we provide expert advice and products to help homeowners, gardening enthusiasts, and landscapers create beautiful green spaces, and now are currently looking for a Finance Admin to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing financial reports, budgeting and financial analysis and bank reconciliation.
- Monitoring and manage cash flow.
- Maintaining and preparing detailed financial records, daily sales and sales pattern within deadline.
- Overseeing financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
- Review and process reimbursement.
- Prepare WHT documents.
- Update internal records and maintained an organized file system.
- Controlling the daily expenditures and incomes.
- Ensuring that everyone follows the company financial rules.
- Processing sales invoices, receipts, quotation to customers/suppliers.
- Updating databases
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates need to pursue at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the finance/accounting.
- Gender : Prefer female, Age (20-30+) years old, with strong and firm character.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Must possess driving license.
- Ability to work as a team.
