Field Support Worker

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Support Assistant to assist technicians and support daily site operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Load, unload, and move tools, equipment, and materials safely.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Support site activities as directed by supervisors.
• Handle basic manual tasks and follow work instructions.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or general labor is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
