What We’re Looking For
You are a senior, field-savvy BDM who:
- Has 5+ years’ experience in business development, with a proven track record in selling premium products or services across various industries, including healthcare, wellness, fitness, or research sectors. Experience includes working with clinics, gyms, pharmacies, health professionals, or research centres in the UAE.
- Has a strong UAE network of healthcare decision-makers.
- Thrives in a 100% field-based role, building trust and closing deals.
- Is a self-starter and highly entrepreneurial, able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Understands that this is not a 9 to 5 job but an opportunity to own your market, your time, and your results.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own UAE-wide business development including clinics, pharmacies, gyms, wellness centres, research facilities, personal trainers, and more.
- Drive profitable growth and earn 10% commission on gross profit once payment is collected.
- Partner with marketing, tech, and operations teams to ensure partners are supported and onboarded seamlessly.
- Help shape the local growth strategy and mentor future hires as we scale.
What You’ll Earn
- Base salary: AED 10,000 (dependent on experience)
