Responsibilities
- Develop market strategies and identify new business opportunities to drive continuous growth.
- Diagnose customer-reported technical issues and guide them through effective troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate customer support.
- Conduct product training for customers and support them in using product features effectively.
- Maintain high professionalism in customer interactions and provide timely responses to their needs.
- Improve support processes, perform joint customer visits, train technical sales staff, and produce clear reports/documentation
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Electronics Application Engineering
- Experienced in circuit/PCB design with EMC/EMI and magnetic components expertise.
- EMC lab testing experience and ability to support customer design needs.
- Strong leadership, self-motivation, result-orientation, and excellent English communication skills.
- Based in Penang and willing to travel frequently (25% a month)
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Electrical engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
- PCB Design: 5 years (Preferred)
- EMC/EMI and magnetic components: 3 years (Preferred)
