Chu Hui Tang (楚汇堂) is a company specializing in beauty, wellness, and home beauty services. We are continuously expanding our business in the UAE and, due to our business growth, we are looking for a female trilingual translator who can also assist with administrative and customer management tasks to join our team.

Trilingual Translator / Administrative \& Customer Management Specialist (Female)

Location: UAE

Language Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in all three languages:

Chinese

English

Arabic

The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in daily situations, business settings, and customer interactions, as well as handle written translation when required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide interpretation and written translation between Chinese, English, and Arabic;

2. Assist with the company's daily administrative work and internal communication;

3. Assist with basic financial tasks, including data organization, expense records, and simple reports;

4. Organize customer information, follow up with clients, and maintain customer relationships;

5. Assist the sales team with customer communication, quotations, appointments, and after-sales follow-up;

6. Assist with the development, communication, and ongoing management of beauty salon partners;

7. Assist with business documents, contracts, and daily business communication;

8. Perform other administrative and operational tasks according to the company's business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will be given priority:

- Administrative management experience;

- Basic finance or accounting assistant experience;

- Customer management and customer relationship experience;

- Sales experience;

- Experience in the beauty, SPA, aesthetic, wellness, hotel, or service industries;

- Familiarity with the UAE local market and business communication practices;

- Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a serious, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Salary \& Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 5,000 per month

The specific bonus and project commission structure will be based on individual performance, work results, and the company's incentive system.
